Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Responsive and lovely host that communicated well. Check in was easy. Driveway meant we didn't have to faff with parking. Beautiful property

Myself and my family stayed at Nasar’s place as we were attending a concert at the co-op arena. It was a very easy 10 minute walk away (with the tram for the city centre there too), the neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe and had shops a walkable distance. Nasar had kindly sent the check in instructions ahead of arrival, and offered for us to check in earlier without us needing to ask. The house was spotless, beds very comfortable, the driveway was directly at the back of the house in a gated car park for added peace of mind. Keyless entry to the property for added comfort. 10/10, will be trying to stay again if I’m ever back in the area 100%!

The beds was so comfy and everything was so nicely decorated. Private parking was also a bonus. It is definitely somewhere I would recommend and love to come back and stay at again !!

Another good stay at this house. Probably our 4th visit here. Stayed for 4 nights this time. Easy lock box check in and out. Always quick communication from the co-host Roger, not that we have ever had a single issue here. Good facilities such as washing machine/dryer, reliable wifi, driveway parking. Handy location near the city or venues such as the Etihad. The house always feels spacious, even for a family of four. Overall, I'd recommend this place, or indeed any place that Roger manages.

Absolutely perfect location for the Etihad and Co op live. Really easy to get in and out of central Manchester too. Brilliant, will definitely try and book next time we're in the area, thanks!

A brilliant home which is well located for visiting the city. Roger is responsive and the house is incredibly clean, with a relaxing decor, and stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester and surrounding areas!

I was so amazed when received the email at around 1.30pm to say ready to check in. And we called for a simple thing when we got in he answered and was very helpfully Nice house, walking distance to Ethihad Campus, and metro line.
