We had a great stay. The home is comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect for us - Etihad is a short walk away, central Manchester is a short uber ride away, and we were able to use Uber Eats for groceries and dinner. Roger is an amazing host. He was friendly and helpful before we booked, after we made our reservation, and during our stay. He answered all of our questions, helped us get the correct adapters/converters, and allowed us to check in early. We highly recommend this air bnb and would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Manchester.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, in terms of host help and communication. It was absolutely as described and perfect for getting to Co-op arena for us. I’d definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again for any concert. Much better than a hotel for our group to socialise and be comfortable. Thanks Roger

I was so amazed when received the email at around 1.30pm to say ready to check in. And we called for a simple thing when we got in he answered and was very helpfully Nice house, walking distance to Ethihad Campus, and metro line.

Booked for 4 of us to attend a concert at the Coop Live arena. The location is perfect for the arena it is a 10-15 minute walk to the arena/Etihad stadium and 10-15 minutes to the nearest tram station which provides very easy transport into the city centre. The house is as described, there is plenty of space and parking for 2 cars on the drive is a real bonus. The property was very clean and the hosts quick to respond to any messages. Would definitely recommend this property and we would certainly book again

Perfect - could not fault it for a one night stay. So close to Co Op live. Beautiful house. Everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Great communications throughout. Nothing. We were told in advance of a lingering smoke smell from previous occupant but it wasn’t very noticeable. Permit parking only on the street but free parking on the drive.

Absolutely gorgeous home, very clean and tidy, we had a small issue with the heating and the hot water but it was easy to get in contact and someone came and sorted it within an hour or two so very responsive, list of bus and train timetables aswell as WiFi and other helpful Information was left on the kitchen table. I would definetly book here again

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for what we were visiting for. Khalid’s instructions were clear and easy to follow which made check in so smooth. The house inside is very well kept and warm which was perfect as outside was freezing.

Lovely place very nice and peaceful, not too far away from everything either great location. Unfortunately we arrived a bit late but easy to find clear instructions on everything would stay again
