Another good stay at this house. Probably our 4th visit here. Stayed for 4 nights this time. Easy lock box check in and out. Always quick communication from the co-host Roger, not that we have ever had a single issue here. Good facilities such as washing machine/dryer, reliable wifi, driveway parking. Handy location near the city or venues such as the Etihad. The house always feels spacious, even for a family of four. Overall, I'd recommend this place, or indeed any place that Roger manages.

Absolutely perfect location for the Etihad and Co op live. Really easy to get in and out of central Manchester too. Brilliant, will definitely try and book next time we're in the area, thanks!

Absolutely gorgeous home, very clean and tidy, we had a small issue with the heating and the hot water but it was easy to get in contact and someone came and sorted it within an hour or two so very responsive, list of bus and train timetables aswell as WiFi and other helpful Information was left on the kitchen table.
I would definetly book here again

We stayed here as a group of 4 for a concert, and had the best time. The location is very walkable and has bus links to the city centre, which is very convenient. The house was clean and homely, and came with all the amenities we needed! We'll definitely stay here again. 100% reccommend! The hosts were responsive and made the check in/check out process so so easy.
